Follow the directons carefully.  If you want to pay by check for your registration (rather than entering your bank or credit card information on the form), please fill out the form normally.  On the payment page, select 'offline/other'.  Mail the check to:

Write 'Kansas Lek Treks' on the memo of the check.  Payments must be received by March 27 to confirm your reservation. 

Registration Preview

Here are some of the costs associated with the event:

Registration (required; includes opening night reception Thursday and 'Night at the Museum' Friday): $50
Banquet on Saturday: $25
Prairie-Chicken Blind and Van Tours for bird watchers (no tripods allowed): $100 each morning
Photography spots in the blinds (includes extra space for tripod): $200 each morning
Field Trips: $75

Lodging is booked directly with the hotel (see lodging). 

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by March 27 for a full refund.

Cancellation between March 28 - April 10 results in a refund minus a $45 processing fee.

No refunds after April 11. 

To cancel, follow the instructions in your email confirmation and cancel through the registration website.
